In pursuit of its company mission, “SAVE the DIGITAL WORLD,” DIGITAL HEARTS provides a wide range of services—from development through release—designed to support not only the gaming industry, but the entertainment industry as a whole. This support includes localization services, which are comprised of debugging, customer service, translation, LQA, marketing services, and beyond.

Since its founding, DIGITAL HEARTS has continued to provide specialized quality improvement services for the gaming industry. Now, having gathered a team of experienced personnel from diverse backgrounds who share a passion for the entertainment industry—including approximately 8,000 registered testers—we are leveraging our knowledge and expertise amassed over 25 years to evolve into a global quality partner. We are focused on holistically supporting the worldwide release of entertainment content, expanding our services to AI-assisted translation, marketing with overseas expansion in mind, and more.

The entertainment industry is currently facing a great turning point. Advancements in generative AI have drastically altered the content creation process, revolutionizing development speed and potential. However, these advancements also bring new challenges, such as providing an authentic user experience, maintaining consistent content quality, and preserving integrity of vision.
